ArfaPOS

Online ordering system for restaurants with your own website and app

Your regular customers already know your food. Give them your own website and Android app where they can browse your menu and order from you directly, connected to the same ArfaPOS system that runs your counter.

Your own branded website

An ordering site on your own address with your logo, colours and cover image. Delivery and pickup, with store hours you control.

Your own Android app

A customer app published under your restaurant's name, with an offers tab, push notifications and reorder.

Orders land on your counter

Web orders arrive on the cashier screen and kitchen display, where staff accept or reject them. Nothing is typed in twice.

No commission per order

Orders through your own site and app are yours. You pay the monthly plan, not a share of every bill.

Live tracking and WhatsApp receipts

Customers follow the order step by step and get a WhatsApp receipt when it is confirmed.

Included on Business

The customer website and app come with the Business plan at Rs 14,999 a month, with a 7-day free trial.

Why have your own online ordering

Many restaurants in Pakistan take delivery orders over the phone and on WhatsApp. Someone writes the order on a parchi, reads it back, gets the address wrong, and the customer calls again to ask where the food is. Others list on delivery apps and give up a share of every order as commission. Both have their place. What most restaurants lack is a channel they own, where a returning customer can order directly and the order lands in the same system as the counter.

The ArfaPOS Business plan adds that channel: a branded customer website on your own address and your own Android app. Both use the same menu as your counter, with photos, variants, add-ons and deals, and sold-out items disappear online on their own. Customers choose delivery or pickup, pay by cash on delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or card, and follow the order live. For more on the app side, see restaurant ordering app.

The commission arithmetic

Take a pizza shop in Rawalpindi that gets 300 delivery orders a month at an average of Rs 1,800. That is Rs 540,000 in delivery sales. Every 10% of commission on that amount is Rs 54,000 a month. Whatever rate your current channel charges, you can work out your own figure the same way.

Orders moved to your own siteSales on those orders (Rs)Commission avoided at every 10% (Rs)
30 (10% of orders)54,0005,400
60 (20% of orders)108,00010,800
90 (30% of orders)162,00016,200

Business costs Rs 5,000 a month more than Growth. If just 30 of those 300 orders come through your own site instead of a commission channel, the avoided commission at a 10% rate already covers that difference, and Business also brings tablet ordering, payroll and multi-branch. Most restaurants keep using delivery apps for new customers and push regulars to the direct link, which is where the savings build up.

How to get customers to order direct

  1. Print your ordering link or a QR code on every bill and delivery bag.
  2. Send the link to past customers with WhatsApp bulk and template messages from ArfaPOS.
  3. Run a deal that is only on your own site and app, such as a weekday family deal.
  4. Give loyalty points on direct orders, redeemable on the website, app and counter. See restaurant loyalty program.
  5. Put the link in your Instagram and Facebook bio, and pin it in your WhatsApp Business profile.

What happens when an order comes in

An online order arrives on the ArfaPOS counter with an alert, and on the kitchen display system where it can be accepted or rejected with a reason. Once accepted, it follows the same path as a counter order: kitchen, rider, stock and reports. You are not copying orders from a phone into the POS by hand, and you are not keeping a separate notebook for online sales. Customers who prefer to order on WhatsApp can use the WhatsApp order bot, included on Business and available as a Rs 1,500 monthly add-on on other plans.

ArfaPOS does not connect to foodpanda or other delivery apps. Your own website and app run alongside them as a separate, commission-free channel.

Keep the online menu honest

An online menu loses trust quickly if customers order something you cannot make. Because the website and app use the same menu as the counter, a price change in the admin portal shows everywhere, and items marked sold out are hidden online. Use store hours to pause ordering when the kitchen is closed or overloaded, and read the reviews customers leave after each order to catch problems early.

Is it right for you?

  • Good fit: delivery-heavy restaurants, pizza shops, cloud kitchens, and any place with a loyal local customer base that already orders by phone.
  • Good fit: restaurants spending a lot on commission who want a cheaper route for repeat customers.
  • Less urgent: a dine-in only restaurant with no delivery and little takeaway. Growth may be enough for now.

If you are unsure, the 7-day trial opens the full Business plan, website included, without a credit card. Send your current delivery volume through the Get a quote form and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense yet.
