(a) This website is owned and operated by AIROXLAB (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company incorporated in Pakistan with the SECP (Incorporation No. 0344976) (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" and "our"). Our registered office and principal place of business is at AiroxLab Software House, Near Thinker Alliance School, Gulshan Madina, Bhakkar, Punjab, Pakistan.
(b) AiroxLab LLC (Wyoming, USA) is our US affiliate. AIROXLAB (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is the operator of this website and the seller of the products and services offered on it.

2. These terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders and enquiries made through it. Use of Taajir, ArfaPOS, custom software we build for you and AiroxLab Academy is also governed by the subscription terms, written scope or admission terms for that product or course. If those terms conflict with these, the product or course terms apply.
3. Products, prices and orders
Prices on this website are in Pakistani Rupees. We try to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. Prices and features can change, and the price in your written quote, invoice or subscription is the one that applies. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.
4. Payments
Payments are collected by us or by our payment processor. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period.
5. Information on this website
Guides and articles are general information. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. Check tax matters with FBR or a qualified advisor.
6. Using the forms
Please send accurate details and do not use the forms to send spam or harmful content. We may block submissions that abuse the forms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and you agree that the courts of Bhakkar, Punjab (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
