Delivery and cancellation policy
Last updated 26 October 2026. What happens after you pay, and how to cancel.
AIROXLAB (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED sells software subscriptions, custom software development and places on AiroxLab Academy. Nothing is shipped: software is delivered over the internet to the account you register, and classes are held in person at our office in Bhakkar. There are no shipping charges, no courier and no customs duty on anything we sell, in Pakistan or abroad.
When your order is delivered

We confirm delivery by email, and on WhatsApp if you prefer. If your account is not active within 24 hours of a payment, contact us on +92 311 2377741 or at info@airoxlab.com and we will fix it or refund you.
Customers outside Pakistan
The timelines above are the same wherever you are, because delivery is online. Onboarding, training and support are done by our team over WhatsApp, phone and video call, which also works across time zones. Please allow for the working hours below when you book a call.
Cancelling before delivery
If you change your mind before your account has been activated, before a project has started or before the first class of a batch, tell us and we cancel the order and refund your payment in full. See the refund policy for how long the money takes to arrive.
Cancelling a subscription
- Subscriptions are monthly and billed in advance. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no notice period.
- Cancel before your renewal date and you are not billed again. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
- Yearly plans can be cancelled at any time too. Refunds for the unused months are covered by the refund policy.
- We never restart a cancelled subscription on our own. Nothing is charged to your card after you cancel.
- Your data stays available for export during the month you have paid for. Ask us and we will send you your data as Excel or PDF files.
Cancelling a custom software project
Either of us can stop a project by telling the other in writing. We hand over the work completed to that point and settle the account as set out in the refund policy: stages not yet started are refunded, and work already delivered and accepted is payable.
Leaving the academy
The academy fee is paid month by month, so you can stop at the end of any month by telling us before the next month starts. There is no penalty and nothing further to pay.
How to cancel
Email info@airoxlab.com with "Cancellation" in the subject, or call or message +92 311 2377741. Give us your business name and the email or phone number on the account. We confirm every cancellation in writing within 24 hours, so you have a record of it.
