Privacy policy

Last updated 10 October 2026.

This policy explains what AIROXLAB (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("AiroxLab", "we") collects through airoxlab.com and how we use it. It covers this website only. Taajir and ArfaPOS have their own privacy policies on their own websites.

What we collect

  • Details you send through our quote, contact or academy forms: name, business or school, phone or WhatsApp number, email, city and your message.
  • Basic technical data that every web server receives, such as IP address and browser type, kept in server logs for security.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request with prices, a demo time or academy admission details.
  • To send you one confirmation email that we received your request.
  • To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists from a form submission.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider (Resend). Our website host stores server logs. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@airoxlab.com.
