ArfaPOS

Restaurant POS software in Pakistan for dine-in, takeaway and delivery

ArfaPOS gives your cashier a fast billing screen that keeps working when the internet goes, and gives you an admin portal to control the store. Orders reach the kitchen on a screen, stock deducts by recipe, and every day closes with numbers you can check.

Every order type on one screen

Walk-in, takeaway, dine-in and delivery are billed from the same Windows counter and kept separate in your reports. All plans.

Cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or a mix

Split one bill across cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card and bank transfer, and close each cashier's till on its own.

Keeps billing through load-shedding

The counter works offline and syncs when the internet is back. Bills print on 58mm or 80mm USB and network thermal printers.

Orders straight to the kitchen

The kitchen display (Growth and Business) shows every order from the counter, tablets, QR and website with a live order-age timer.

FBR and PRA receipts

Invoices go to FBR and receipts print as PRA e-invoices with a QR code. Included on Growth and Business, Rs 2,500 add-on on Starter.

Plans from Rs 4,999 a month

Starter, Growth and Business, billed monthly with no yearly lock-in. Try the full Business plan free for 7 days, no card needed.

What restaurant POS software does at your counter

A point of sale is the place where an order turns into money. In most Pakistani restaurants that place is still a cashier with a register, a parchi book and a calculator. It works when the hall is half empty. It breaks on a Friday night when twenty families walk in, the delivery phone keeps ringing and the kitchen is shouting for the next ticket.

Restaurant POS software replaces the parchi book with a screen. The cashier picks items from the menu, marks the order as walk-in, takeaway, dine-in or delivery, takes payment and prints the bill. The same order shows up in the kitchen. The ingredients come off stock. At night you see exactly what sold, through which order type and which payment method, and how much cash should be in each till. ArfaPOS runs on a Windows 10 or 11 PC with a USB or network thermal printer. Add a second screen facing the customer and it shows each item as it is punched, the total, and a QR code to pay by JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

Where the parchi system leaks money

  • Missing bills. A takeaway order is cooked from a verbal request and never billed. Nobody notices until the month-end stock is short.
  • Wrong totals. A cashier adds a family order by hand and misses one Pepsi. Do that a few times a day and it becomes real money.
  • Lost kitchen tickets. A parchi falls behind the tandoor and a table waits 40 minutes for naan.
  • No idea what sells. Without item-wise sales you cannot tell if the new chicken handi earns more than it costs.
  • Cash and stock live in different notebooks. You cannot match what was sold against what was used.

A day's close, in numbers

Here is what the end of a busy day looks like when every order goes through the POS. A mid-sized family restaurant in Multan closes its counter with this summary:

Order typeOrdersSales (Rs)
Dine-in6268,200
Takeaway7141,900
Delivery3832,500
Total171142,600

The owner now knows that delivery brought in 38 orders and Rs 32,500, roughly 23% of the day. The payment method report splits the same Rs 142,600 into cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card and customer accounts, so each till can be checked against what it should hold. If they do not agree, the gap is visible tonight, while the cashier still remembers what happened. Our guide on end-of-day cash reconciliation walks through that check step by step.

What to check before you buy a restaurant POS

  1. Can it handle dine-in, takeaway and delivery without three separate systems?
  2. Does it keep billing during load-shedding and sync later?
  3. Does the kitchen get orders on a screen, or will you still be running paper to the back?
  4. Is stock linked to recipes, so sales reduce ingredients and you can see food cost?
  5. Can it send invoices to FBR and print PRA e-invoice receipts if your business needs them?
  6. Can you limit what each staff member can see and change, and who sets it up for you?

ArfaPOS covers each of these points. For a longer checklist, read how to choose a restaurant POS, and if you are still billing by hand, see how ArfaPOS compares with manual billing.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Does ArfaPOS work for a small café with one counter?

Yes. One Windows PC and a thermal printer are enough. Starter at Rs 4,999 a month covers a single counter with 1 admin and 1 cashier. Move to Growth when you want the kitchen display, inventory and loyalty.

Which printers does it work with?

USB and network thermal printers in 58mm and 80mm widths, for customer bills and kitchen tickets. Tell us the model during setup and we will check it with you.

Is ArfaPOS integrated with FBR and PRA?

Yes. ArfaPOS sends invoices to FBR and prints PRA e-invoice receipts with a QR code, without a separate FBR machine. It is included on Growth and Business and is a Rs 2,500 monthly add-on on Starter.

What happens when the internet goes down?

The counter keeps billing. Orders are saved on the PC and sync automatically when the connection returns.

Can my staff see my profit and reports?

Only if you allow it. Role-based permissions (Growth and Business) let a cashier bill orders without seeing reports, purchase rates or settings. Staff log in with a PIN or fingerprint.
