Your own restaurant ordering app and website, with no commission
ArfaPOS gives your restaurant its own Android app and ordering website, under your name and colours. Customers order and track the food live, every order lands on your counter, and you pay no commission on any of them.
Your name on the Play Store
An Android app published as your own, with your icon, logo and theme colour.
A website on your own address
A branded ordering site with your cover image, slider, store hours and terms, privacy and refund pages.
No commission on orders
Orders through your app and website carry no per-order commission. You pay the monthly plan.
Live tracking and push notifications
Customers follow the order step by step and get status updates on their phone.
Reorder, offers and loyalty
Order history with one-tap reorder, an offers tab for your deals, and points earned on every order.

The website and app are set up together in the admin portal and use the same menu as your counter.
Why your own app matters
Delivery aggregator apps bring you new customers, and that has value. The cost is a share of every order, including orders from families who already know you and would have ordered anyway. The customer relationship also sits with the aggregator. You do not get their number for a WhatsApp offer, and you cannot reward them for coming back.
Your own ordering app and website change that for your regulars. They order from you directly, the order lands on your ArfaPOS counter and kitchen display system, and the customer, their address and their order history stay in your system. Both come with the ArfaPOS Business plan at Rs 14,999 a month.
A worked commission example
Commission rates vary by platform and agreement. The figures below assume a commission of 25% purely as an example. Put your own rate in its place. A fast food outlet in Lahore gets 400 delivery orders a month through an aggregator at an average of Rs 1,500. That is Rs 600,000 in sales, and at the example 25% rate, Rs 150,000 a month in commission.
| Orders moved to your own app | Sales on those orders (Rs) | Commission avoided at example 25% (Rs) |
|---|---|---|
| 40 (10% of orders) | 60,000 | 15,000 |
| 100 (25% of orders) | 150,000 | 37,500 |
| 160 (40% of orders) | 240,000 | 60,000 |
Moving just 40 orders a month covers the Rs 14,999 Business plan at this example rate. At 100 orders, the outlet keeps Rs 37,500 that would have gone in commission, which is Rs 22,501 more than the plan costs. The plan also carries the rest of Business, including multi-branch, payroll and tablet ordering, so the app is not the only thing you are paying for.
What customers see
- Menu and offers. Your full menu by category, search, product details and a separate tab for deals.
- Checkout. Takeaway or delivery, saved cart, delivery details and an order preview before confirming. Payment by cash on delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or card on the website.
- Tracking. Live order status with push notifications in the app, and a WhatsApp receipt when the order is confirmed.
- Account. Order history, reorder of favourites, saved addresses and loyalty points.
- Reviews. A 1 to 5 star rating after the order, which you see in the admin portal linked to the real order.
What happens on your side
The order arrives on the cashier screen with an alert and on the kitchen display, where it is accepted or rejected with a reason. If it is a delivery, a rider is assigned and updates the status from the Rider App, and the customer sees each step. Store hours control when ordering is open, and you can pause ordering from the admin portal if the kitchen is overloaded. Items marked sold out disappear from the app and website. Because the app, website and counter share one live database, a price change made in the morning shows everywhere before lunch, and the day's app orders sit in the same sales report as counter orders. You can see how much of your delivery business now comes through your own channel and watch that share grow month by month. See delivery management software for the rider side.
Getting regulars to switch
- Put the app link and a QR code on every bill and delivery bag.
- Send past customers the link with WhatsApp bulk messages, with a first-order deal that only runs in the app.
- Give loyalty points on app and website orders. See restaurant loyalty program.
- Keep listing on delivery apps for new customers, and keep the best deals for your own channel.
ArfaPOS does not connect to foodpanda or other aggregator apps. Your own app and website run alongside them as a separate channel. For the website side on its own, see online ordering system.
