Retail POS software for small shops and single counters
ArfaPOS also runs shop counters. The Starter plan gives a shop or single counter fast billing, split payments, thermal receipts and full reports for Rs 4,999 a month, and keeps billing when the internet goes.
Fast billing at the counter

Offline mode and thermal printing
Billing carries on through load-shedding, and receipts print on 58mm or 80mm USB or network printers.
Expenses and full reports
Record shop expenses by category and read sales, product and peak hour reports with CSV and PDF export.
Who this is for
A bakery counter, a juice and shake shop, a small general store, a stationery shop, a dessert kiosk in a market. These businesses sell over one counter, often with one owner and one cashier, and what they need most is a fast bill, the right change, and a clear total at night. ArfaPOS Starter is built for exactly that, at Rs 4,999 a month with 1 admin and 1 cashier.
If your business is a trading business with large stock, wholesale customers on credit, GST invoices, purchase invoices and godowns, look at Taajir instead, which is AiroxLab's ERP for shops, wholesalers and distributors. See billing software for that side.
What Starter includes
- All order types. Walk-in counter sales, takeaway, and delivery orders if you deliver.
- Billing and cart. Products with variants, add-ons and deals, order notes, and reopening an order to fix it.
- Split billing and payments. Cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card and bank on one bill, with per-cashier till open and close.
- Full expense tracking. Rent, electricity, packing material and small cash spends by category, with PIN security.
- Full reports. Sales, products, peak hours and payment methods, exported as CSV or PDF.
- Thermal printing and offline mode. USB and network printers, 58mm and 80mm, and billing that keeps going without internet.
A worked example: closing the counter
A bakery counter in Sargodha closes a Saturday with this payment method report:
| Payment method | Sales (Rs) |
|---|---|
| Cash | 38,400 |
| JazzCash | 12,600 |
| EasyPaisa | 9,200 |
| Card | 4,800 |
| Total | 65,000 |
Only the cash line should be in the drawer: Rs 38,400, less any cash expenses recorded during the day. The JazzCash and EasyPaisa figures are checked against the wallet statements, and the card figure against the machine slip. Each one has its own number, so a mismatch is easy to place. If the shop has two cashiers on different shifts, each opens and closes their own till, and the report splits the same way. A shortage then belongs to one shift, which is a much easier conversation than a shortage that belongs to everyone. The product report from the same day shows which items sold most and the peak hours report shows when the rush came, which helps when deciding what to bake more of or when to put a second person on the counter. Our guide on end-of-day cash reconciliation covers the full nightly check.
What it costs
| Setup | Monthly (Rs) |
|---|---|
| Starter (1 admin + 1 cashier) | 4,999 |
| Starter with one extra staff account | 5,499 |
| Starter with one extra staff account and FBR add-on | 7,999 |
| Growth (stock, udhaar, staff permissions, FBR included) | 9,999 |
Extra staff accounts are Rs 500 per user a month and the FBR ePOS add-on is Rs 2,500 a month on Starter. All plans are billed monthly with no yearly lock-in, and you can cancel anytime. If your shop needs to issue FBR invoices or PRA e-invoice receipts, see FBR integrated POS.
When to move to Growth
Starter covers billing, payments, expenses and reports. Stock tracking with stock history and low-stock alerts, purchase orders and supplier ledgers, customer credit (udhaar) with statements on WhatsApp, loyalty points, WhatsApp receipts, staff permissions and up to 10 cashiers come with Growth at Rs 9,999 a month. A shop that sells from the same few dozen items and settles everything in cash can stay on Starter for a long time. A shop with regular udhaar customers or stock that walks out of the back door will want Growth sooner.

FBR integrated POS
If your business has to report sales to FBR or issue PRA e-invoices, ArfaPOS does it from the same counter you bill on. Every invoice goes to FBR and every receipt carries its QR code, without a separate machine.
Billing software
Taajir replaces the carbon-copy parchi book with clear printed or WhatsApp invoices. Each bill updates stock and the customer's balance, so the counter work you already do also keeps your books.
Restaurant POS software
ArfaPOS gives your cashier a fast billing screen that keeps working when the internet goes, and gives you an admin portal to control the store. Orders reach the kitchen on a screen, stock deducts by recipe, and every day closes with numbers you can check.
Petty cash software
A restaurant spends small amounts of cash all day, and most of it is never written down. ArfaPOS records every expense next to sales, so the drawer and the books agree at night.
