Real estate CRM, built for your agency or project

Real estate in Pakistan runs on leads, files, installments and dealers. AiroxLab builds CRM software for agencies and housing projects that tracks every one of them in one place.

Modules

What we commonly build.

Pick the parts you need. The written scope lists exactly what is included before any work starts.

Lead capture and follow-up

Leads from calls, walk-ins and social media, assigned to agents, with follow-up dates and status.

Property and plot inventory

Plots, houses, shops and apartments by block and size, with status: available, on hold, booked, sold.

Bookings and files

Booking forms, file numbers, transfers and buyer details for each unit.

Installment plans and collection

Down payment and installment schedules per file, receipts, and a list of overdue buyers.

Dealer and agent commission

Commission rules per dealer or agent, worked out on each sale and tracked until paid.

WhatsApp follow-ups and reminders

Follow-up messages to leads and installment reminders to buyers.

Two kinds of real estate business

An estate agency in Islamabad mostly deals in leads. Dozens of buyers call every week, each wants something slightly different, and the agent who follows up first usually closes. A housing project developer, on the other hand, deals in inventory and collection: hundreds of plots, each with a file, a buyer and an installment plan stretching over years.

Many businesses do both. A custom CRM lets you pick the modules that match your work. The list above is what we commonly build, and each part is shaped to how your office already runs.

The installment problem

Say a project has sold 400 files on a plan of Rs 25,000 a month. That is Rs 10,000,000 due every month. If 15% of buyers are late, Rs 1,500,000 is overdue, spread across 60 files. Without a system, someone checks a register and phones buyers one by one. With an overdue list and WhatsApp reminders, the same person can follow up on all 60 in an afternoon and see who has paid by evening.

Leads that do not go cold

When leads live in agents' phones, they leave with the agent. A CRM keeps every lead in the office's system, with notes, the next follow-up date and the units shown. The owner sees which agent is converting and which leads have not been called in a week.

Our process

We begin with a call to understand your projects, files and commission rules. You receive a written scope with modules, price and timeline. During the build, you review working screens every week. At the end, we move your existing plot lists and buyer records, train your staff remotely, and support you on WhatsApp in Urdu and English.

The CRM is built on the same foundation as our products Taajir and ArfaPOS, including user permissions and an audit log. In real estate that matters: you decide who can mark a plot as sold or change a price, and every change is recorded. If you mainly need lead tracking for a sales team outside real estate, see our general CRM software page.

Dealer commission without disputes

Projects that sell through dealers often run different commission rates by block, plot size or sales target. When these are worked out by hand, disagreements follow. The CRM records which dealer brought each sale, applies the agreed rule, and keeps a running balance of commission earned and paid. Both sides see the same numbers.

Transfers and history

Files change hands. A transfer module records each transfer with dates, parties and any fee, so the full history of a plot is on one screen. When a buyer comes to the office with a question, the answer is there in seconds instead of in a filing cabinet.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How much does a real estate CRM cost?

It depends on whether you need leads only, or also inventory, installments and commission. We quote a fixed written price after scoping.

How long does it take?

Your scope document sets the timeline. A lead-tracking CRM is quicker to build than a full project system with installments and transfers.

Can you import our files and buyer records?

Yes. Plot lists, buyer details and payment history in Excel can be moved during data migration. We agree what to move in the scope.

Who owns the software?

Ownership and access terms for the software and your data are agreed and written into the scope before work starts.

Do you support the system after launch?

Yes. Ongoing support is on WhatsApp in Urdu and English, with remote training for new staff.

Describe the system you need.

We reply with a price, a demo time and the setup that fits your branches, counters and users.
