Manufacturing ERP, built for your factory

A flour mill, a garment unit in Faisalabad and a sports goods factory in Sialkot all make things, and almost nothing else about them is the same. AiroxLab builds manufacturing ERP around your production process.

Modules

What we commonly build.

Pick the parts you need. The written scope lists exactly what is included before any work starts.

Raw material inventory

Stock of raw materials by godown, with purchases, supplier ledgers and reorder levels.

Bill of materials

What goes into each product and in what quantity, so material requirement is calculated from an order.

Production orders and stages

Track a batch from cutting to stitching to packing, or whatever stages your factory uses.

Wastage and yield

Record what went in and what came out of each stage, and see wastage per batch.

Finished goods and dispatch

Finished stock, sales orders, delivery challans and invoices to customers.

Product costing

Material, labour and overhead per unit, so you know the real cost before you quote a price.

Contractor and piece-rate payments

Work done by each karigar or contractor, and what is owed for it.

Why factories need their own system

A trading business buys and sells the same item. A factory turns one set of items into another, and that changes everything. You need to know how much fabric, thread and buttons go into one shirt, how many shirts are in stitching right now, and what each finished piece actually cost you. Plain trading software cannot see any of that.

Before you commission a custom build, check whether a ready product is enough. Taajir, our ERP for traders and manufacturers, has a Manufacturing add-on at Rs 2,000 a month: BOM recipes with wastage, production orders, planned vs actual costing per run, workstations, batches and expiry, material requirements and 18 industry presets. Its Job Work add-on, also Rs 2,000 a month, tracks a party's material and bills conversion per piece or per kg. Many small factories run on these. See manufacturing software for what they cover.

A custom manufacturing ERP is for what those add-ons do not cover: unusual stage-by-stage tracking, your own piece-rate rules for karigars, export order files or reports in a fixed format. General ERP platforms can do some of this, but they usually need a long setup and still ask you to change your process to fit them. A custom manufacturing ERP is shaped around your stages, your units of measure and your way of paying workers. The modules above are what we commonly build; you pick what fits.

A costing example

A unit makes school bags. Each bag uses Rs 520 of fabric, Rs 140 of zips and trims, Rs 180 of piece-rate stitching and Rs 60 of overhead. Total cost is Rs 900. If wastage at cutting is really 8% of fabric and not the 3% the owner assumes, actual fabric cost is about Rs 545 per bag, not Rs 520. On an order of 2,000 bags, that gap of about Rs 25 per bag is around Rs 50,000. A system that records cutting yield per batch shows this before the next price is quoted. How the project runs

  1. A call with the owner and production manager to walk through the process, stage by stage.
  2. A written scope with modules, screens, reports, price and timeline.
  3. Weekly reviews on working screens, so your supervisors can check the stages match the floor.
  4. Data migration of items, stock and parties, remote training for staff, and ongoing WhatsApp support in Urdu and English.

The trading side is already solved

Every factory also buys, sells, keeps godowns and collects payments. That part is already built in Taajir, and your manufacturing ERP is built on the same foundation. Purchases, party ledgers, multi-warehouse stock, delivery challans and WhatsApp invoices are proven parts we start from, so the build focuses on the production steps that are yours alone. If you also want help planning stock levels, see our guide on reorder levels and safety stock.

Start small, add stages later

A factory system does not have to cover everything on day one. Many owners begin with raw material stock, finished goods and party ledgers, because that alone answers where the money is. Once staff are comfortable, production orders, stage tracking and costing come next. Building in steps keeps each part small enough to review properly every week, and it means the floor supervisors learn the system gradually instead of all at once. We plan these phases with you in the written scope, each with its own price and timeline.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Should I try Taajir's Manufacturing add-on first?

Often, yes. It covers BOM recipes, production orders, costing, batches and expiry for Rs 2,000 a month on top of a Taajir plan, with a 7-day free trial. If your process needs more than it offers, we scope a custom build for the gap.

How much does a manufacturing ERP cost?

There is no fixed price. It depends on the number of stages, products and modules. After scoping, you get a written price and timeline.

How long does the build take?

The timeline is in your written scope. You see working screens every week during the build, so progress is never hidden.

Can you bring in our current stock and parties?

Yes. Items, opening stock, suppliers and customers are moved during data migration, usually from Excel or your current software.

Who owns the system?

Ownership and access terms for the system and your data are agreed and written into the scope before the build begins.

What happens after go-live?

We train your staff remotely and provide ongoing support on WhatsApp in Urdu and English.

Describe the system you need.

We reply with a price, a demo time and the setup that fits your branches, counters and users.
