The renewal problem

Member data you already have

Most gyms have members in a register or an Excel sheet. During data migration we bring in names, phone numbers, plans and current due dates. If your records are only on paper, we agree with you how they will be entered before launch. Starting with correct due dates matters most, because the renewal list is only as good as the dates behind it.

Attendance tells you who is about to leave

A member who came five days a week and now comes once is likely to quit at renewal. With attendance recorded at the front desk, the system can list members who have not visited for a set number of days. A short WhatsApp message from the trainer, asking if everything is fine, often brings them back before the plan ends. Paper registers cannot show this pattern.

The counter shop

Many gyms sell protein, shakes, gloves and shaker bottles at the front desk. Recording these sales with stock means you know what sells, what is about to run out, and how much this side business really earns after purchases.
